About Vitacycles

For years, women’s health has been a part of my daily life: my education, my career, my passion. And as I’ve met more and more people, the same story keeps coming up: that of women who discover—often much too late—all that their cycle could teach them. When I discovered symptothermal contraception, I experienced what so many women describe as a “lightbulb moment.” Finally, the cycle becomes clear. But the method requires consistency, and the daily grind quickly takes over again.

VitaCycles was born from this: a simple desire to make tracking your cycle more enjoyable and easier to maintain in real life, without compromising the rigor of the method.
