Understanding your cycle
has never been easier.
VitaCycles is developing a new generation
of nighttime sensors that analyze the body's physiological signals
to reveal variations in each cycle.
Currently in development.
WHY VITACYCLES?
Track your cycle to better understand your fertility.
The menstrual cycle is influenced by hormonal fluctuations that alter various physiological signals in the body. Observing these changes provides a better understanding of the different phases of the cycle and the changes that occur around ovulation.
VitaCycles is designed to bring together several of these data points within a single approach, combining nocturnal physiological measurements with observations from the symptothermal method.
Because no two nights or cycles are alike, VitaCycles is designed to adapt to the realities of everyday life: interrupted sleep, irregular schedules, varying rhythms, and diverse sleep cycles.
The goal: to make it easier to observe and interpret the body’s signals, cycle after cycle.
THE THREE PILLARS
SYMPTOTHERMIA IN A NUTSHELL
Understanding Your Cycle Through Observable Physical Signs.
Symptothermal contraception is based on the combined observation of several physiological signs, primarily basal body temperature and cervical mucus. Changes in these signs throughout the cycle make it possible to identify the fertile window and confirm ovulation according to specific interpretation guidelines.
It therefore provides a better understanding of a woman's fertility based on what actually happens during each cycle.
